Alright, folks, the new update is out. We’ve put a lot into it, so I hope everyone enjoys it.
We looked at everything for this release. Demo window bugs, class bugs, everything. The testers did a wonderful tracking down these bugs and reporting, and I’m grateful for that. They’ve logged many hours to improve this product, and I am grateful. As always if you find any bugs, please use the Digsby-powered support box, email me directly, or check the contact section for other information.

OK, we’ve busting our behinds on the next update. Fixed a lot of bugs, some that go way back to 2006(!). The new Leopard styles are in GraffitiStatus, and there’s some other nice little tid-bits that I’m not going to announce just yet.
The update MAY be available tomorrow, but I’m making no promises. Some of the fixes are still being stress-tested.
I would like to remind everyone of our poll, it’s at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar. I really would like to know what everyone thinks.
Just a reminder, if you find any bugs in GraffitiSuite, please send a description and full reproduction steps to agcyphers@envieddesign.net

So, it’s almost that time of year again. No matter what religious holidays you celebrate(if any), I’m sure you’ll all appreciate what we here at ED.net are going to do for you guys this year.
We know everyone’s having a tough time financially with the markets in the funk that they’re in right now. It’s hard to get those little extras now. So, we’re going to help your bottom line. After Halloween, we’re going to start our largest holiday promotion yet. All products will be 30% off through February 14th, 2009.
Also, sometime during this period we should release an update(free for current customers, excluding new product introductions). Not long to wait now. Have a happy Halloween, everyone!
By the way, I’m Napoleon Dynamite this year. ;)

A customer messaged me today saying that they weren’t going to buy GraffitiSuite right now for two reasons:
- My health. Let me say that I’m basically fine. I feel nauseas a lot, and sometimes my brain just doesn’t function correctly but, other than that, I’m fine. Just a little sugar problem.
- The impending update. The next update will be free to current GraffitiSuite customers, with the exception of any new classes. For new classes, those customers will only have to buy the controls they don’t already own and we’ll upgrade your GraffitiSuite registration code. So instead of paying another $170.00, you’ll just be paying the cost of the new controls. For instance, if I add one new control and price it at $19.95 then current GraffitiSuite customers will only have to pay $19.95 and we’ll upgrade their registration code. After you’ve made your purchase, you should email your current registration information to agcyphers@envieddesign.net and request the code upgrade(at least until we get our automated system working properly).
So there’s no need to worry. Even if I did fall off the face of the Earth tomorrow, I have someone waiting in the wings to run the entire business, and I have the utmost faith in them.
That said, I’d like to hear what kind of classes you guys would like to see added to GraffitiSuite. We’ve got a lot in it already, but there’s always room for more.

First of all, I’d like to think all of the well-wishers I’ve heard from recently. Comments, emails, and IMs have come in from many good people, some of which I had figured would never read this website.
On to other things…
Students and educators, be sure to check out our new Educational Sales program via the link on the left side of the page.
I’ve gotten reports that GraffitiSuite has problems in 2008R4. Although I’m unsure why, the problem happened on Leopard, and was solved by redownloading the currently available version.
Read on for GraffitiSuite and company stuff…

After all of the redesigns this site has seen, you’d think I’d pick one and stick with it. Well, the one we just changed from I liked a lot…but you guys didn’t. The jQuery and placement made it hard for some of you to use the site, so I scrapped it. What you see now, I like a whole lot. I hope you guys feel the same way.
Let me know your opinion in the comments.
Alright, folks…the new version of GraffitiSuite is live. If you are an existing GraffitiSuite key holder, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY MORE. You get all of the old classes with updates, as well as the new classes.
New customers may now purchase only the classes they need. The registration scheme allows you to purchase only what you plan to use, even though all of the classes have received great praise.
So, go ahead and check out the new demo(downloadable from any of the product pages).

So I’ve spent most of the day rebuilding the product pages for the individual Graffiti classes. It’s not been easy(or fun, really), but it’s done now. In total, there are now 14 GraffitiProducts. I know, I thought I had miscounted.
The prices have gone up a bit on some of the classes, and it’s going to go up a small bit on the Suite as well, due to all the work that’s been put in to this update. I’m always open to feedback so please feel free to either comment here or email me.
I am sorry for all of the confusion we’ve had since the switch to the one payment model for GraffitiSuite.
